Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

·      Manage general ledger functions, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes

·      Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and profit/loss statements.

·      Review and approve invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.

·      Support in Audit

·      TDS Return 26Q & 24Q

·      Vendor Payment Reconciliation

·      Payroll Preparation & Payment

·      Assist with tax audits and tax returns

·      Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Requirements:

·      Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CA

·      Minimum 3+ years of accounting experience with GST and TDS Filling

·      Advanced MS Excel skills

·      Must having experience in Gst Filing - R1 or 3B

·      Hands on experience on bank & cash reconciliation

·      Hands-on experience with accounting software packages, like EPR

·      Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Accounting Supervisor, chief or senior accountant

·      Hands on experiecne on TDS Return 26Q & 24Q

·      Vendor Payment Reconciliation

·      Payroll Preparation & Payment
