Job Summary:Fasteners King Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the fasteners industry, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage and support sales operations for both UAE and Indian customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional approach, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or customer handling. The role includes managing inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order processing for domestic and international clients.

• Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with UAE and Indian clients for inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.
• Prepare and manage sales documents including quotations, proforma invoices, and export-related paperwork.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Work closely with logistics and production teams for timely order processing and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate customer communication records, sales data, and reports.
• Respond to client calls, emails, and messages with professionalism and accuracy.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – English proficiency is essential.
• Experience handling international clients (especially UAE) is an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Positive attitude, strong follow-up skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
