Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Associate to manage and grow Greenways Nursery’s digital presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and audience engagement, with the ability to create compelling content that enhances brand visibility, drives customer interaction, and promotes our products, services, and sustainability initiatives. The candidate should be organized, innovative, and capable of managing multiple social media activities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Create engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics aligned with the brand's identity.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of plants, nursery activities, events, customer projects, and team initiatives.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and promotional content to increase engagement and reach.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams to highlight products, services, events, and campaigns.
• Track social media performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
• Assist in running paid social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and showcase company culture through digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
• Ability to create short-form video content and reels.
• Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Passion for plants, gardening, sustainability, or environmental initiatives will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in photography and videography.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media advertising.
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing basics.
• Experience handling brand collaborations and influencer outreach.
