*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of loan officers and support staff in our loan operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring efficient loan processing, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Team Management:

  - Lead and motivate a team of loan officers and support staff

  - Provide guidance, training, and coaching to team members

  - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

2. Loan Operations:

  - Oversee loan processing, disbursement, and repayment

  - Ensure compliance with loan policies and regulatory requirements

  - Identify and mitigate operational risks

3. Customer Service:

  - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  - Resolve customer complaints and issues

4. Performance Monitoring:

  - Monitor team performance metrics (e.g., loan disbursement, repayment rates)

  - Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

*Requirements:*

1. Experience in loan operations or a similar role

2. Strong leadership and team management skills

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Knowledge of loan products and regulatory requirements

5. Analytical and problem-solving skills
