Telecaller Job Description

We're seeking a Telecaller with minimum 1 year of experience. The salary for this position ranges from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle customer calls, respond to queries, and resolve issues.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

- Data Management: Update customer data and maintain records.

- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.

Requirements and Skills:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.

- Location: Candidate should be available to work in a location within 10 km.

- Skills:

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  - Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  - Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
