)Role Overview:

Telecaller ka main role hoga customers ko outbound calls karna, unhe product/service information dena, queries handle karna aur leads generate karna. Freshers bhi apply kar sakte hain. Salary har month ki 1st date ko time se provide ki jayegi, aur 3 months ke baad performance ke basis par increment milega.

• Key Responsibilities:Daily outbound/inbound calls handle karna.
• Customers ko product/service ke baare me clear information dena.
• Leads generate karna aur follow-ups karna.
• Customer queries professionally handle karna.
• Call records maintain karna aur daily report update karna.
• Sales team ko support karna through verified leads.
• Positive and polite communication maintain karna.
• Requirements:Gender: Females only.
• Experience: Freshers welcome; training provided.
• Communication: Hindi aur basic English communication skills.
