Telecaller

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Telesales Executives to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Contact potential customers and explain loan products and offerings

✔ Convert leads into successful disbursements and achieve sales targets

✔ Conduct customer follow-ups and maintain daily calling records

✔ Guide customers through the loan application and onboarding process

✔ Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing

✔ Ensure proper documentation and customer data accuracy

✔ Maintain professional communication and high customer satisfaction

Eligibility & Skills:

✔ Minimum 2-3 years of telesales experience in NBFC/Fintech industry

✔ Experience in short-term personal loans/payday loans is preferred

✔ Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

✔ Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems

✔ Good understanding of customer handling and sales processes

✔ Ability to build and maintain customer relationships effectively
