Key Responsibilities:

* conver the leads for the company through telephonic convertsation.

* Ability to manage the workload and work in a team .

•Ensure customer service 

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

•Maintain customer records and their grievances .

•Stick to the sales stratyegy and policy for achieving the targets .
