Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Dilshad Garden (2 mins walk from Jhilmil Metro Station)

Shift Timings:

• Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls coming from Justdial.
• Provide accurate information about products/services to callers.
• Maintain proper call records and update daily logs.
• Ensure good communication and a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English preferred).
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Should be punctual and comfortable with rotational shifts.
