Telecaller Cum Computer Operator

Govinda Medicenter is looking for an energetic and responsible individual to join our team. We need an all-rounder who can handle stock, ensure proper product packaging, and manage client communications via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Organizing shelves, checking expiry dates, and maintaining inventory records.
• Packing: Securely packing products/medicines for delivery or customer handover.
• Telecalling: Making calls to customers for order confirmations, services, payment reminders, or new product updates.
• General Support: Assisting the store manager with daily operational tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Basic communication skills (Polite and clear on the phone).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer knowledge is a plus.

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹14,000 per month (Based on experience).
• Benefits: Performance-based Incentives.
• Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Week Off: 1 Day per week (Rotational or Fixed).
