Job Title: Telecalling Team Leader


 Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage a large, high-performing sales team. The primary focus of this role is to provide strong leadership, manage the day-to-day operations of a substantial team (50+ employees), and strategically drive sales performance to exceed organizational targets. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong track record in both people management and sales success.


Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership


Direct Management of Large Teams: Take full ownership of managing a team of 50+ sales professionals, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and accountability across all team members.


Performance Coaching: Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions, provide constructive feedback, and develop individual performance improvement plans.


Training & Onboarding: Collaborate with the training department to ensure all new team members are effectively onboarded and current employees receive continuous upskilling.


Conflict Resolution: Effectively manage and resolve team conflicts, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.


Resource Allocation: Optimize team resources, manage shift schedules, and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational demands.


Sales Performance & Strategy

Target Achievement: Strategically plan and execute initiatives to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.


Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.


Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend/implement efficiency improvements to maximize team output.


Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.


Quality Assurance: Ensure the team maintains high standards of customer interaction and adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.


Qualifications & Experience:

Experience: A minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 6 years of demonstrated experience in a Team Leader.


Management Expertise (Essential): Proven, significant experience in managing a large team, specifically 50 or more employees, is mandatory for this role.


Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and performance metrics.


Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.


Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.


 Core Competencies:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.


Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
