• 👩‍💼 Position: Telesales Executive (Female)
• 📝 Key Responsibilities
• 📞 Telesales & Lead Generation:
• Make outbound calls to customers for Used Car Loan / Internal Balance Transfer.
• Generate quality leads across Pan India locations.
• Explain loan products clearly and confidently.
• 🎯 Sales & Conversion:
• Convert leads into interested prospects for Axis Bank.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales & call targets.
• Maintain strong follow-ups for higher conversions.
• 🤝 Customer Handling & SupportUnderstand customer needs and provide accurate loan information.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead processing.
• 📋 Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain daily calling logs and lead status reports.
• Update CRM/portals accurately.
• Report performance to the team leader/supervisor.
• 🎯 Candidate Requirements:
• Age: 18 – 35 years
• Gender: Female
• Education: 12th Pass
• English: Basic English
• Experience: Freshers can apply

• 💰 Salary & Benefits:
• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹23,000
• Incentives: ₹15,000+ (Performance Based) 💸
