Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-caller to join our dynamic sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals passionate about the digital industry who can effectively communicate the value of our website and digital solutions to potential clients. You will be the first point of contact, playing a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving new business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification: Initiate contact with potential clients through outbound calls (cold calling) and follow up on inbound inquiries/leads provided by the marketing team.
Product Knowledge: Clearly and convincingly articulate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our website design, development, and digital marketing services.
Sales Pitch: Deliver a professional and compelling sales pitch, tailoring the conversation to the prospect's business needs and pain points.
Appointment Setting: Successfully set up meetings and demonstrations for the Senior Sales/Business Development team to close the deals.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily call targets and monthly lead generation goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele-calling, Inside Sales, or a similar B2B/B2C sales role, preferably within the IT, Digital Marketing, or Website Solutions industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in [Specify Language, e.g., English and Hindi] with a professional phone etiquette.
Persuasion: Proven ability to listen, build rapport quickly, and handle objections effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of websites, e-commerce, and digital presence is a significant advantage.
Attitude: Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: Competitive fixed salary package of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 (In-Hand) per month, based on experience and interview performance.
