*Job Description:*

- Reach out to potential customers and explain our loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, Loan Against Property, etc.)

- Generate leads and convert them into loan applications

- Follow up on inquiries and maintain customer databases

- Counsel customers on loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation

- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions

- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally

*Requirements:*

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream)

- Prior experience in telecalling/loan sales/financial services preferred

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

*Work Schedule:*

- Monday – Saturday (Sunday Rotational Off)

- 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
