Telesales Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to promote and sell herbal healthcare products and Ayurvedic medicines over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for explaining product benefits, handling customer queries, and closing sales efficiently while maintaining good customer relationships.

• Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote herbal and Ayurvedic products.
• Explain product features, health benefits, dosage, and usage clearly and convincingly.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and follow up with interested leads.
• Maintain a database of customer information and sales records.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the team leader or manager.
• Provide accurate information about products and offers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat sales.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new launches or offers.
