Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident, motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to handle customer queries, and a positive attitude. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information
• Maintain follow-ups with potential leads
• Update and manage call records
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
• Maintain professionalism and quality in every interaction

Requirements:

• Good spoken communication skills (English/Hindi or regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle calls confidently
• Strong convincing skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
