Telesales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow in the field of telesales.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products/services.

Build rapport with customers and identify their needs.

Provide accurate information about products, offers, and services.

Sales & Follow-Up:

Persuade customers to make purchases or schedule follow-up calls for further discussion.

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and maintain call quality standards.

Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and feedback.

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals.

Share insights about customer behavior to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telesales or customer service is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

A confident, enthusiastic, and professional telephone manner.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
