🧭 Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our growing team at Radhe Ayurveda.

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to potential or existing customers, guiding them about our Ayurvedic health products, resolving their queries with empathy, and converting interest into confirmed sales.

This role requires excellent communication skills, product understanding (training provided), and a passion for helping people through authentic Ayurveda.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Call potential leads from our database and explain product benefits confidently.
2. Inbound Handling: Attend incoming calls from customers, understand their health concerns, and guide them accordingly.
3. Product Explanation: Clearly explain Radhe Ayurveda’s product kits (like Piles Care Kit) in simple language.
4. Objection Handling: Handle common objections like “too expensive” or “heard it before” with confidence and logic.
5. Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads and interested patients till conversion.
6. CRM/Data Entry: Enter call logs and updates in Google Sheet or CRM app accurately.
7. Sales Target: Meet daily and monthly sales targets with a positive and focused approach.
8. Customer Empathy: Build trust and emotional connection with the caller (important in Ayurvedic sales).
9. Team Coordination: Coordinate with dispatch, trainer, and support team as needed.
