Telesales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, pitching products/services, and converting inquiries into sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive ability, and strong customer handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
• Explain product/service details, features, and benefits effectively.
• Generate leads, maintain customer data, and follow up on inquiries.
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and meet performance metrics.
• Handle objections and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 12th passed / Graduate in any discipline.

Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred) fresher also welcome

good verbal communication and convincing skills.

Ability to handle rejections and remain positive.
