Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers to explain products, generate sales, and handle objections professionally.

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.

Generate sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Record customer details and sales outcomes in CRM systems.

Follow up on previous leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

Handle customer complaints or objections and escalate when needed.

Stay updated with product knowledge, offers, and market trends.

Requirements:

Graduation preferred.

Proven experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Good listening skills and ability to handle rejections.
