Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our Loan Sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for selling various loan products to potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of selling loan products.
• Explain loan products, their benefits, and any special offers to potential customers.
• Listen attentively to customers' needs and recommend the most suitable loan product.
• Manage and update customer databases with accurate information.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the team leader or manager.
• Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and encourage repeat business.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team targets and contribute to overall team success.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotional offers.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales/customer service role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Resilient and persistent with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of financial products, particularly loans, is preferred but not essential.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous.
