We are looking for an tele sales Executive to join our team at our Janakpuri office. The role involves reaching out to clients via phone calls to gather any remaining information required before the delivery of their credit cards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Contact clients to complete pending information for credit card delivery.
• Ensure all required data is collected accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle client queries and provide support during the process.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions with clients.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (English and Hindi).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service or tele-calling is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
