Tender Executive

Job description :- We are looking for a Tender Executive with 1- 4 years having knowledge of GEM, E-Tendering, Government E-Procurement, and other Tendering portals. 

Responsibilities:

1. Day to Day follow-up with our existing clients for updates on current work
2. Listing products on the GeM portal for our clients.
3. Helping our clients to prepare documents for participation in bids.
4. Submitting bids on behalf of our clients
5. knowledge of GeM/Government Tender Online &Offline Filling.
6. Should have the knowledge of submission of Bids, Billing, updating of product catalog in GeM portal.
7. Create Technical Compliance statement.
8. Counter & solve GeM queries of client requirements

• Bachelors Degree (Any field)
• Proven experience of 1-5 years in tendering.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Hands-on experience in MS Office Applications.
• Practical experience in a similar position is advantageous.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to do work on deadlines and under high-pressure circumstances.
• Well-developed negotiation skills.
