Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant at Book My Trip India in Delhi, India. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing exceptional customer service, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth travel experiences for clients.
Qualifications
- Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
- Experience in arranging travel and accommodations
- Customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle reservations efficiently
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and attractions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems and travel booking platforms
- Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
