🔷 About NirmaansathiNirmaansathi is a construction project management and supervision service provider. We offer site monitoring, architect/contractor marketplace, and end-to-end project assistance to ensure timely, quality construction for homeowners and builders.

🔷 Job Summary are looking for a motivated Sales Executive who will be responsible for building relationships with architects, contractors, and homeowners, visiting active sites, and generating leads for our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services.

This is a field sales role requiring strong communication and on-ground network-building skills.

  • 🔷 Key Responsibilities1. Architect & Contractor NetworkVisit architects, interior designers, and contractors regularly
  • Pitch Nirmaansathi’s PMC and site supervision services
  • Build long-term partnerships and referral channels
  • 2. Site Visit & Lead GenerationVisit construction sites across Noida/Greater Noida/Ghaziabad
  • Identify potential clients through on-site interaction
  • Collect requirements and pass them to the operations team
  • 3. Sales Target AchievementConvert leads into paying customers
  • Follow up with prospects through calls/meetings
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet monthly targets
  • 4. Marketing & Branding SupportDistribute brochures, standees, and branding material
  • Conduct on-ground promotional activity when required
  • Represent the company at events or exhibitions
  • 5. ReportingMaintain daily visit reports
  • Update CRM/Excel with lead status
  • Provide weekly sales summaries to management
  • 🔷 Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation ability
  • Knowledge of construction basics (preferred)
  • Ability to build relationships with architects & contractors
  • Comfortable with field work & daily travel
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
  • 🔷 QualificationsGraduate / Diploma (any stream)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (construction/real estate preferred)
  • Two-wheeler preferred (mandatory)
