Assistant Manager - AMC

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – AMC to handle Annual Maintenance Contracts, service planning, client coordination and service team management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely service delivery, customer satisfaction and AMC renewals.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

AMC planning & scheduling (DG, HVAC, Pumps, Electrical Panels, etc.)

Vendor management & contract follow-up

Daily maintenance supervision

Breakdown handling & resolution

Site visit, reporting & documentation

Ensure timely preventive maintenance

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical

3–6 years experience in AMC / Facility Management

Good communication & coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple sites
