Job Responsibilities – Branch Head (Play School)

As the Branch Head, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete day-to-day operations of the play school. Your role will require leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure a nurturing and efficient environment for children, staff, and parents.

1) Operations & Administration

Supervise and ensure smooth functioning of daily school operations.

Implement school policies, processes, and safety standards effectively.

Monitor the maintenance, hygiene, and cleanliness of the school premises.

Manage staff schedules, leave records, and ensure adequate staffing at all times.

Maintain documentation, reports, and administrative records as required.

Admissions & Enquiry Management

Handle walk-in and telephonic enquiries in a professional and persuasive manner.

Conduct school tours for prospective parents and explain curriculum and USPs.

Follow up on leads and ensure successful conversion of enquiries into admissions.

Maintain an enquiry tracker and regularly update the admissions pipeline.

Team Coordination

Lead and motivate teachers and support staff to maintain high educational standards.

Conduct regular staff meetings, provide guidance, and resolve operational issues.

Ensure timely execution of lesson plans and activity schedules.

Parent Communication & Relationship Building

Act as the first point of contact for parent concerns, feedback, and suggestions.

Organize and conduct parent-teacher meetings and school events.

Share regular updates on child progress, school activities, and announcements.

Sales & Marketing Support

Collaborate with the management team for planning local marketing initiatives.

Participate in marketing campaigns, school events, and community outreach programs.

Support digital and offline branding activities to increase school visibility.
