Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst / Senior Associate - Data Analytics

In this role you will be designing, developing, testing, integrating, and supporting technically innovative solutions for our Fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities

· Problem Solving - Utilize your expertise in data analytics, data engineering, and algorithms to address and resolve intricate business issues. Leverage data-driven insights to propose innovative solutions that optimize processes, improve performance, and drive growth.

· Consultative Engagement - Engage with internal and external stakeholders in a consultative manner. Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the capacity to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

· Requirement Capture - Capture business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications. Collaborate closely with business units to understand their needs and create data-driven solutions that align with organizational goals.

· Cloud Platform and Database Knowledge - Demonstrate a solid understanding of cloud platform and database concepts. Leverage this knowledge to design, develop, and implement data solutions that are scalable, efficient, and secure.

· Data Visualization and Storytelling - Employ tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence (BI) platforms to create impactful data visualizations and compelling narratives. Transform raw data into meaningful insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Data Mining and Analysis - Showcase your proficiency in data mining techniques and working with extensive datasets. Extract valuable information from complex data sources, enabling evidence-based decision-making.

· Client-Focused Presentations - Craft client-focused visuals and presentations that highlight key findings and recommendations. Communicate technical details in a manner that is easily comprehensible for non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· B Tech / B.E. in Circuit Branch / MCA

· Must have 60%/7.0 CGPA throughout Bachelor’s, 12th/PU and 10th Std.

· Must be fluent in writing codes/script & should have strong computer engineering concepts like Data Structures, Algorithms etc.

· Must have knowledge in any of the programming languages - C/ C++ / Java/ Python/ SQL and RDBMS database like Mongo DB etc.

· Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively.

· Ability to code and keen interest in learning coding languages as needed.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

· Ability to multi-task and deliver results within tight time frames.

· Must have strong verbal & written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Good to have knowledge in HTML 5, jQuery, Angular CLI (version 2+), Ngnx, ReactJS, TypeScript

· Understanding of one or more of the leading cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)environment
