Position Title: Business Development Associate / Intern

Location: Noida

Department: Business Development

Reports To: Business Development Head

Job Summary:

The Business Development Associate will play a crucial role in driving the company’s

growth/sales by identifying new business opportunities, identifying & building relationships

with potential clients, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives. The ideal

candidate needs to have a keen understanding of market trends, social media, excellent

communication skills, and a proactive approach to business development.



Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and Research Opportunities: Conduct in-depth market research to identify

potential business opportunities and evaluate market trends

● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new

and existing clients through regular communication and meetings

● Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking,

social media, and industry events

● Proposal Development: Assist in the development of proposals, presentations, and

marketing materials to support business development efforts

● Strategic Planning: Support the development and implementation of strategic

business plans to achieve company growth objectives

● Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse competitors’ activities and market trends to

identify potential areas for growth

● Reporting: Prepare lead management system on business development activities

and outcomes for management review


Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (MBA preferred)

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related

field


Skills:

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

○ Strong analytical and research skills

○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and any CRM software

○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

○ Strong organisational and time management skills

○ Proactive and results-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in tech sales (preferred not mandatory)

● Knowledge of mobile / web development (preferred not mandatory)

● Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies
