Location: Noida

Shift Timing: Night (EST/PST)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our US RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team. The ideal candidate will have experience in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and building business relationships within the US staffing or recruitment industry. This position is focused on cold calling, lead qualification, and pipeline development for the RPO sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients (staffing agencies, RPO buyers) across the US.
  • Generate and qualify new business leads through research, outbound calls, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain a high call volume and follow up systematically with prospects to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM.
  • Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales managers and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on US recruitment trends, competitors, and market opportunities.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Cold Caller / BDE / Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist in the US recruitment or RPO industry.
  • Strong understanding of RPO models, staffing processes, and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills required.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to handle rejection positively.


Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.


Experience Required:

  • 0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Cold Calling, or Lead Generation for US Staffing or RPO processes.
