Job Description:

SKYWIRE BROADCAST is looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager who can lead sales activities, generate business opportunities, and build strong client relationships in the Broadcast, Audio Video, and Streaming Solutions industry.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking
• Manage and guide the sales team to achieve monthly targets
• Handle client inquiries and convert leads into successful sales
• Promote Broadcast, AV, Streaming, and Media Technology solutions
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM records
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution
• Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations
• Identify market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Experience in Broadcast, AV, IT, Electronics, or Technology Sales preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
• Leadership and team handling capability
