Job Title: Business Development Executive - EdTech


Location: Noida


Note: Only candidates with experience in international calling will be considered.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a passion for education and technology. 

This role will focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving the growth of our course offerings.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:


Identify and target new business opportunities in the EdTech sector.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:


Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Handle negotiations and close deals effectively.

Product Promotion:


Promote our range of courses to potential clients through presentations, webinars, and meetings.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our offerings.

Reporting and Analysis:


Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.

Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Collaboration and Teamwork:


Work closely with the product development, marketing, and customer service teams.

Provide feedback and insights to help shape the development of new courses and improvements to existing ones.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the EdTech industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of the education sector and emerging trends in EdTech.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
