Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive/Manager to join Yellowcaps Infracon and drive growth in the interior design and décor sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for interior design, excellent client relationship management skills, and a proven ability to identify new business opportunities. The role will focus on expanding our market presence, fostering partnerships, and increasing revenue by delivering tailored solutions in the interior design space.
- Key Responsibilities:Business Development & Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design and décor sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow Yellowcaps Infracon’s presence in the market.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Sales & Client Acquisition
- Generate leads, build strong client relationships, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Understand client needs, recommend appropriate design solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of interior design projects.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert advice on design trends, products, and services.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and secure repeat business and referrals.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Stay updated on interior design trends, emerging styles, and competitor activities.
- Gather and analyze customer insights to tailor product/service offerings to market demands.
- Monitor industry developments to inform business strategies and product enhancements.
- Partnership Development & Collaboration
- Identify and onboard strategic partners, suppliers, and vendors in the interior design space.
- Negotiate terms with partners and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Project Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist with product selection, procurement, and placement for interior design projects.
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met effectively.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting
- Track and report on key business development metrics, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare reports on business development activities and performance for senior management.
- Qualifications:Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in Business Development within the interior design, décor, home furniture or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of interior design trends, materials, and décor solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for market research and data-driven decisions.
- Basic proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
