Job Description:

Kripangit India Pvt Ltd is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for promoting our range of card services, including credit cards, debit cards, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our card services and offerings.

2. Explain the features and benefits of our cards to prospects and address any queries or concerns they may have.

3. Follow up on leads generated through various channels and maintain a high level of customer service.

4. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

5. Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate appointments or additional follow-up as needed.

7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the market.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to convince and influence potential customers.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

5. Basic knowledge of banking and financial products preferred.

6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
