Shifts and timings: 6 Days / Rotational shifts/Day and night both

Key Responsibilities:

·      Respond to customer inquiries via phone

·      Phone, email, live chat, or in-person, providing accurate and timely information about products, services, and policies.

·      Effectively handle customer complaints, problems, and returns, ensuring solutions are offered with empathy and professionalism.

·      Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services to provide relevant information, answer questions, and guide customers in their decision-making process.

·      Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and processed.

·      Collect and record customer feedback to help improve our services, products, and customer experience.

·      Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and any actions taken using company CRM or ticketing systems.

Requirements:

·      12th /Graduation pursuing may also apply

·      Freshers can Apply

·      Comfortable with 6 Days working and Rotational shifts

·      Strong and written communication skills.
