Job Summary

Skywire Broad Cast is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-commerce Sales professional to manage and grow online sales across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, sales growth, pricing strategy, and performance optimization.

• Key Responsibilities Marketplace ManagementManage and operate company seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms
• Ensure accurate product listings, descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory availability and order ful fillment
• Sales & Revenue Growth Drive online sales growth through strategic pricing, promotions, and offers
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, deals, and festive promotions
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
• Order & Inventory Management Track orders, returns, cancellations, and refunds
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch
• Advertising & Promotions Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and promotional tools
• Optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI and visibility
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
• Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports
• Analyze competition, pricing trends, and customer behavior
• Share actionable insights with management
• Compliance & Platform PoliciesEnsure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
• Handle account health, ratings, reviews, and escalations
• Resolve customer issues in coordination with platform support
