Ecommerce Specialist

Role Overview As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our online sales channels (Shopify/Website and Marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, and Ajio). You will ensure that our product listings are optimized, inventory is synchronized, and promotional campaigns are executed flawlessly to maximize conversion rates and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Listing & Catalog Management: Create, update, and optimize high-quality product listings with accurate titles, SEO-friendly descriptions, and high-resolution imagery.
• Marketplace Operations: Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio, including A+ content creation and brand store updates.
• Website Maintenance (Shopify): Manage the D2C website backend, ensuring a smooth customer journey, mobile optimization, and landing page updates for new collection launches.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels across various channels to prevent stockouts or overstocking; coordinate with the warehouse team for timely fulfilment.
• Performance Tracking: Use Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards to monitor KPIs (Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS, and RTO percentages).
• Order & Return Management: Oversee the order lifecycle, from processing daily orders to managing returns, RTOs, and claims efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Ecommerce operations, preferably in the fashion or activewear industry.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command over Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of keyword research for ecommerce to improve organic search rankings.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
