Job Summary:

An Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about courses or programs, and helping them choose the right academic path. The role involves communication, counselling, follow-ups, and maintaining records to ensure smooth admissions.

• Key Responsibilities:Counsel students and parents about courses, career paths, and admission procedures.
• Handle inquiries via phone calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media.
• Provide detailed information on programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and placement opportunities.
• Follow up regularly with leads to convert them into admissions.
• Maintain records of student inquiries and follow-ups in CRM or spreadsheets.
• Assist students with application forms, documentation, and admission requirements.
• Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, counselling sessions, and admission events.
• Coordinate with academic departments and management for smooth admission processing.
• Achieve monthly or yearly admission targets set by the institution.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the institution.
