Education Counsellor

Role Description:

This is a full-time Counselor role at Edtech Innovate in Noida. The Counselors will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, assisting in career planning, conducting counseling sessions, and helping them with academic decisions. They will also be responsible for monitoring student progress, organizing workshops, and coordinating with faculty and staff to ensure a positive learning environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to empathize and understand students' needs

• Knowledge of career counseling techniques and resources

• Experience in academic advising or counseling

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field
