Job Title: Field Sales Representative (Internship to Full-Time Opportunity)

Job Description: We are looking for motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about sales and have an interest in technology solutions. You will start on an internship basis for 3-6 months, working solely on an incentive basis, with the potential for a full-time position with a fixed salary based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify potential customers in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of our products (access control systems, attendance machines, time management, and payroll software).
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and meet business goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.


  • Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
  • Basic proficiency in English.
  • Strong sales skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic understanding of technology and software solutions is a plus.


  • Internship: 3-6 months with a 10% incentive per deal closed.
  • Post-Internship: Opportunity for full-time employment with a fixed salary plus incentives based on performance.
