Job Location – Corporate office, Noida

Role type – Team Lead

Requirements:

– Post-Graduate with Experience in learning and talent development with atleast 15 years of experience

– Self-motivated and results oriented, Strategic thinker finds connections to bigger picture and drives valuable experiences and conversations with members.

– Knowledge of and experience in delivering Technology powered learning projects

– Comfortable speaking in front of small and large groups, A sense-maker: able to perceive emerging industry trends and translate them into content and/or learning experiences.

– Experience with building trust and buy-in across all levels of an enterprise.

– Proven experience as an adaptive and collaborative leader, willing to take on new projects and support initiatives that build an enterprise.

– Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

– Team-player, willing to both lead and be led, motivated to contribute to other’s success.

– Significant demonstrated project management experience, excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.

– Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Identify, Design, Deliver, Evaluate

– Exposure to digital learning ecosystems

– Ability to manage vendor relationship including vendor cost and KPI management

– Communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally); ability to work and influence Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally

– Analyze large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommend solutions

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

APAC Learning Business Partner Leader

– Conducting annual and on-going training needs assessment with BU Heads in APAC

– Proposes outcome-focused learning solutions with objectives and mode of delivery (Blended / Online / Classroom)

– Interacts with internal SMEs, educators and external trainers to design the curriculum; course and assessments of Technology and Behavioral interventions

– Manages the learning journeys and learner experience; governs the completion of all mandatory courses

– Bring to life innovative learning solutions

– Manages a team of 8-10 team members with 4 direct reports as Learning Partners

Facilitation:

– Enable Technology, soft skills and behavioral programs and program manage this at an APAC level, Facilitations skills are preffered here

– Design and enable custom solutions in Professional/Leadership Development/functional/technology (in consultation with the Vendor Partners where required)

Learning Operations & Governance:

– Enable Vendor Management (empanelment, identification, evaluation, purchase order-invoice-payment governance)

– Work closely with all internal teams for the smooth execution of training programs

– Ensure training records; budgets are updated for audits and metrics reported monthly

– Explore automation, data-driven and digital approaches to augment learning operations
