Job Description

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR processes and contributes to building a positive, productive workplace culture.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating assessments.
  • Prepare job postings and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
  • Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and orientation sessions.
  • 2. HR OperationsMaintain and update employee records in HRIS.
  • Administer attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
  • Manage employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • 3. Employee Engagement & WelfarePlan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
  • Support employee welfare activities and maintain a healthy work environment.
  • 4. Performance ManagementAssist in performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.
  • Follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of evaluations.
  • 5. Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents, contracts, and compliance reports.
  • Support audits and statutory requirements.
  • 6. Training & DevelopmentCoordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Track training participation and maintain reports.
  • Qualifications & SkillsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment/operations/generalist).
  • Freshers with relevant internships may be considered.
  • SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
