Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting and executing a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The role ensures smooth day-to-day HR processes and contributes to building a positive, productive workplace culture.
- Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating assessments.
- Prepare job postings and coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements.
- Handle onboarding formalities, documentation, and orientation sessions.
- 2. HR OperationsMaintain and update employee records in HRIS.
- Administer attendance, leaves, and payroll inputs.
- Manage employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- 3. Employee Engagement & WelfarePlan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
- Support employee welfare activities and maintain a healthy work environment.
- 4. Performance ManagementAssist in performance appraisal cycles and KPI tracking.
- Follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion of evaluations.
- 5. Compliance & Policy ManagementEnsure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Support audits and statutory requirements.
- 6. Training & DevelopmentCoordinate internal and external training programs.
- Track training participation and maintain reports.
- Qualifications & SkillsEducationBachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience1–3 years of HR experience (recruitment/operations/generalist).
- Freshers with relevant internships may be considered.
- SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
