Job Description – HR ExecutiveCompany:Agarwal & Gehlot Realtors Pvt. Ltd.
Location:Sector 18, Noida
Working Hours:10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday Weekly Off
Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, documentation, and daily HR operations for our growing real estate organization.
- Key Responsibilities:Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
- Maintaining employee attendance and records
- Managing joining formalities and documentation
- Coordinating with sales and management teams
- Preparing offer letters and employee reports
- Managing employee discipline and office coordination
- Maintaining HR databases and trackers
- Handling employee communication and grievance support
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Preferred Experience:1–3 years experience in HR/Admin
- Real estate industry experience preferred
Salary:₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Depending upon experience and skills)
- Additional Requirements:Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidate should be punctual and disciplined
- Female candidates preferred
