HR Manager Role Overview:

HR Manager to build a strong people and culture foundation as UAMS scales up. The ideal candidate will lead talent acquisition, training & development, performance management, and HR strategy, aligning people initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, creative, and sales roles.

• Develop learning frameworks (Basic, Advanced & Expert) for Reccee & Intrapreneur teams.

• Design performance systems, KPIs, and engagement programs.

• Ensure statutory compliance and policy implementation.

• Build a collaborative, intrapreneur-driven culture.

• Partner with leadership for organizational growth and people strategy.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of HR experience, including 1+ years in a managerial role.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience in manufacturing, creative, or advertising sectors preferred.
