Role Overview :

The HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for the organization. This role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle, building strong talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

• Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive (0–3+ years).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess cultural and skill fit effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/job portals (Naukri.com, Apna job, Linked in, Indeed etc.).
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
