• Key Responsibilities
• 1. End-to-End Recruitment Understand hiring needs for various roles (Sales, Trainers, Operations, Receptionists, etc.).
• Create and execute effective hiring strategies.
• Job posting, resume screening, shortlisting, and coordination.
• 2. Talent Sourcing & ScreeningSource candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Conduct HR screening calls to evaluate skills, experience, communication, and culture fit.
• Maintain a strong and active talent pipeline.
• 3. Interview CoordinationSchedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
• Conduct structured HR interviews when needed.
• Provide timely follow-ups and feedback to candidates.
• 4. Offer Rollout & OnboardingHandle salary negotiation, offer letters, and pre-joining documentation.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• 5. Recruitment ReportingTrack key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, daily hiring status, offer acceptance rate).
• Suggest and implement improvements in the recruitment process.
• Who Can Apply?Required Experience & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or similar.
• 1+ year of recruitment experience (fitness, retail, hospitality, or bulk hiring preferred).
• Experience in bulk hiring for Trainers, Sales Executives, and Operations staff.
• Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and ATS tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
