Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Trainee to support the HR team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, eagerness to learn, and a strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles
• Support the recruitment cycle: calling, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
• Maintain candidate records and update HR databases/MIS
• Assist with onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities
• Coordinate with different departments for HR operations
• Support employee engagement activities and HR-related events
• Handle basic HR tasks like attendance follow-ups, file management, and documentation
• Learn and follow HR policies, recruitment processes, and compliance basics
• Requirements:12th/ Graduate / Post-Graduate (Preferred: BBA, MBA-HR, B.Com, BA)
• Freshers can apply; internship experience is a plus
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel must)
• Excellent learning attitude and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and follow-up ability
