Job Description: GRP Career Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to lead our inside sales team in Noida, Sector 2. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, proven experience in telephonic sales, and the ability to manage and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities (KRA – Key Responsibility Areas):✅ Sales Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the inside sales team to drive sales growth.
✅ Lead Generation & Conversion: Ensure the team effectively identifies, nurtures, and converts leads into successful sales.
✅ Performance Monitoring: Track individual and team performance against sales targets.
✅ Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to improve efficiency and revenue.
✅ Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
✅ Data & Reporting: Maintain and analyze sales data in CRM tools for better decision-making.
✅ Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s sales skills and communication.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):�� Team Sales Target Achievement: Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly targets.
�� Lead to Conversion Rate: Improve team performance to maintain a high conversion rate.
�� Number of Daily Calls per Team Member: Monitor and ensure productivity (80–100 calls per day per executive).
�� Follow-up & Response Time: Ensure timely follow-ups for better engagement.
�� Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT): Maintain a high customer satisfaction rating.
�� Retention & Referral Business: Increase customer retention and referral sales.
Requirements:✔ Education: Graduate (Any Stream)
✔ Experience: 2 to 5 years in telephonic sales & team handling
✔ Skills:
· Strong English communication and leadership skills
· Ability to train, motivate, and manage a sales team
· Confident, target-driven, and persuasive approach
· Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
· Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
