Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team through effective prospecting and appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research and data mining to identify potential business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through various sources such as business directories, online platforms, social media, and internal databases.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to understand their business requirements and introduce relevant solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and calling targets.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to build relationships and maintain engagement.
- Prepare and update reports related to lead generation activities and sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes.
