Job Description
Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented International Telesales Executives to join our expanding sales team. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating sales leads, prospecting international clients, and driving revenue growth in our target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
· Research and identify potential clients in international markets through various channels.
· Conduct outbound calls to introduce our products/services and establish interest.
2. Sales Pitch and Presentation:
· Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
· Customize presentations to address specific client needs and challenges.
3. Pipeline Management:
· Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline in the CRM system.
· Monitor and follow up on leads to convert them into qualified opportunities.
4. Negotiation and Closing:
· Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure new business deals.
· Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
5. Market Intelligence:
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in target regions.
· Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
6. Client Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
· Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in telesales or outbound sales, with [X] years of experience in international markets.
- Excellent communication skills in [list of languages], both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
